Hello,
My name is Pawel. I have a strange case with some of PDF files I received by e-mail attatched. Generally I have a habit of keeping important files in Adobe Cloud. Some PDF files saved in this way, when opened in Adobe storage, contain no text, just tables and graphics. The text that was visible in the email preview disappears after importing.
Pls, help!

As mentioned above, the information on the file disappears after importing to Adobe Cloud.
Could you please share the steps you do to upload the file on Adobe Cloud?
Also, confirm if the text was there when you opened the attachment. Try downloading the file locally on the machine and then open it in the Acrobat desktop application. Check if it opens fine.
It would be helpful if you could share the screen recording of how you save files to Adobe Cloud.
