Sorry, but I really don't understand your question ...since I'm the one
asking if there is a program produced by Adobe that "speaks" the written
text in audio: software designed for the text to speech function. Software
that, provided a text (pdf, txt, etc), translates written characters into
synthesized audio sounds imitating the human voice, does Adobe produce
anything?
Or can anyone recommend something third-party that "reads" pdf files
transforming them into sounds (vowels and consonants), = into "narrated"
words?

No, Adobe does not have such an application. However, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Reader do have a Text to Speech feature, for reading PDF files out-loud.
