The instruction at 0x00007FF8BD8D8289 referenced memory at 0x0000000000000010. the memory could not

This error happens when closing the PDF. I've verified Adobe is fully up to date. Windows is also fully up to date. I've reinstalled and repaired the app to no effect.

This error appears sometimes after opening a document and sometimes after closing. Did full uninstall and reinstall with adobe cleaner after uninstall. Still came back.

My client is currently on 24.004.20243 and constantly gets these "instruction at" errors. Reinstall didnt help nor did acrobat cleaner
