As background, the person who creates the form in Adobe Acrobat gets to decide how many decimal places are allowed:

but if you feel the problem is that Reader isn't following the form properties that are set up in Acrobat, you can report it here:

Adobe Acrobat Reader - Feature Request/Bug Report Form

The issue is not in the decimal point setup since the fields displayed correctly for Courier Std font, left and center justified and other font types.

I tested so many times and found the differences in Courier and Courier Std font type

For some reason the Courier font type is missing in the font type selection.

I was able to use an existing Courier font type to copy and replace the error fields

My questions are why the Courier font type is miss/disappear? How to get all of the font types back in the selection of the font type in Adobe Acrobat Reader XI Professional.

Please let me know if you need any other info for this problem.

Thanks

Do you know how long will take to get response from the support?

Will I get any email?

I am not sure the entry I put in went thru the support team.

Please let me know if there is any customer service / help desk phone number to call.

Thanks

Hi shu lik65679195. This is an Adobe  user-to-user forum—other users like you volunteer their time to help others. I don't have an answer to your question, that's why I haven't responded. Hopefully, someone else will see this tread and be able to help.

There is no such product as Adobe Acrobat Reader XI Professional. If you tell us the right name we can tell you whether or not there is support for your product.

There is a Adobe Customer Service 800-833-6687, but it is not for Adobe Acrobat product support and the recording message said use: www.adobe.com/getsupport

I used this link to enter Bug Report and got no response: https://adobe.allegiancetech.com/cgi-bin/qwebcorporate.dll?SYUBAR

Bug reports do not get a response, so far as I know, they only enter the bug system. But there will be no more ordinary bug fixes to XI, I am sure, only (for a few months) security fixes.

How will we know the fix availability?

Is there any way to know the status of the Bug Report?

Can we download the patch/fix when the next release come out or we need to repurchase?

Thanks

Of course it might already be fixed in DC.

You can download the free Acrobat DC trial to test it before purchasing it.

There doesn't seem to be any way to track fixes. As I said, the fix, if it is fixed, is very unlikely to apply to XI. Subscribing to DC is recommended. Of course it might already be fixed in DC.
