Hello. We have some problem with Adobe Reader DC. When we try to open Electrical Passport in pdf format, we got an error :"The memory could not be read. Click on OK to terminate the program." Another types of pdf documents is working correctly. This problem is started after last update. Past version of Adobe Reader is working good. Please, help to fix this problem.

As you receive the error message when trying to open the PDF, could you please confirm if the issue occurs with particular files or with all? 

Would you mind sharing the sample PDF with us?

Please share the Acrobat Reader DC and OS version on the machine. You may use the steps suggested in the following help link to check the application version details: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/identify-product-version.html
