The reader always asks me for my credentials

Hi,

each time I open the Reader (v2021.011.20039) I notice I'm asked for credentials to login into my account.

Is it possible to avoid this? a sort of "remind me" for the next logons

I tried the suggested procedures but I had no improvements. 

I notice that if I enter from a device, I'll be disconnected on the other one. Do I have a maximum number of  accessible account maybe?

Hi Gtsolid,

It seems you are having Adobe Acrobat DC on your machine which requires users to sign in to get activated. 

You can cofirm this from the name shown on the title bar when you launch application. Is it showing Acrobat or Reader ?

Could you please also share some log files from your machine to help debug the issue further.

To share the log files, please use Adobe Log collector tool https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-log-collector.html to share the logs with Adobe and share the file name here for reference.
