Touchpad pinch zoom not working on Adobe Acrobat Reader on Windows 10 Laptop (Asus Zenbook)

Hello, I am unable to use the pinching gesture on my touchpad to zoom PDF documents in and out on Adobe Acrobat Reader DC. I am using a Windows 10 laptop (Asus Zenbook). I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader just one week ago. I have searched the forum for possible solutions and have tried them, but this problem is still not resolved. Here are some of the solutions I tried:

1. Restarting my computer

2. Disabling and enabling touchpad gesture, and restarting the machine afterwards.

3. Go to Help > Check for updates. There were no updates available. (It says "No updates available. Installed: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (18.011.20058)")

4. Use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader DC Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader DC from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/.
