Tried installing Adobe Acrobat for a customer and it installed successfully but couldn't launch

Hi, 

I just tried to install Acrobat Reader for a customer after they were unable to install it themselves.
I tried and got the same error as they did. Not sure what happened/what went wrong.
Tried reinstalling/installing as admin etc still wouldn't launch.
