Trouble logging in

I changed my password with Adobe ID but still having no luck logging in for Acrobat Reader install.

Could you confirm what exactly happening, and what is the message appearing when you are trying to sign in?

You may refer to Having problems signing in?

Also, share the screenshot of the screen when you are trying to sign in on Adobe.
