So, I download the Adobe Reader extension for my Chromebook to open the FRO PDF. However, when I open the PDF it says I need Adobe Reader 8 or higher. I've check on the website to see if I have the correct program and it should open, but it says gives me the same issue. I also can't open the PDF on my Samsung phone either.
What am I doing wrong?

**FRO PDF is from the Canadian government for child support to give context. I'm attempting to be enrolled with FRO and this may be an ongoing issue if I need to download more things from them in the future.

@julesofthenorth Many government PDFs are not able to be filled out on Chrome browsers.... Normally, we tell people to use Firefox or Edge to fill these FRO PDFs
