Unable to convert a PDF file into Word || Adobe ExportPDF

I signed up for the basis acrobat reader conversion program, however it will not let me convert PDF to Word.  I have looked at the troubleshooting tips and the how to tips but after I sign in it just says this is not supported and directs me back to sign up for the conversion program.  I would much rather talk to someone but I can't seem to find a number to call or the option for a chat.  I have a PC.  Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks AadeshSingh, the link was super helpful, but it is very confusing after i bought the subscription that i cannot use it on my computer and i can only access to this service from the cloud.

    I renewed my service in October 2017 and I have not been able to use it yet. Every time I try to convert a file it takes me to the purchase page as if I have not purchased the service. I am very disappointed and if I do not get this resolved I will never use this service again.

    What is the error message you are getting? Is it possible to share a screenshot of the error, to share the screenshot, please refer to How to share a document

    for the troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

    I am so computer illiterate. i wanted this to convert scholarship applications to word so i could complete them on the computer and print to send.  when i signed up for the conversion package it did convert one scholarship application.  somone looked at what screen I was getting and said that the application and the technical conversion site weren't communicating.

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused, the record shows that you have an active subscription of Adobe ExportPDF service on your current Adobe ID. Please try to use the service through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a different browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

    You can also use the free desktop version of Adobe Reader to use the service of Adobe ExportPDF, just sign in with your current Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader, to download the Adobe Reader use the URL Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution

    For more troubleshooting steps, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).

    I am having the same problem as the original poster. I have the one-year membership to export PDF documents however, when I click on export PDF, it automatically takes me to the membership pricing landing page. When I click on the membership I have now, it takes me to "My Plan" page and tells me I already have this as a plan and I can't sign up for 2 of the same plan. Good, I don't want 2 of the same thing, I just want the one I paid for to work when I need it to. I went to the cloud to try and export from there and have the same issue, it just takes me to a different pricing page.

    I have had a basic subscription for a little over a year now without and issue and noticed that it renewed okay however when I go to export a document the "Export" icon is not available...how do I get it back?

    Hi,

    Can you please try the following steps and let us know how it goes?

    1. Sign out and quit the application

    2. Sign in with your entitled id

    3. Relaunch App

    Also, kindly share a snapshot of Tools center that you are observing.

    the site is unavailable, I have yearly subscription, and it is not let in me convert any files to PDF or from PDF

    I was using the Export feature one minute and suddenly the next minute i do not have access to it.  My plan includes export.  I went to the link as suggested above and a window comes up temporarily unavailable.

    That link takes me to a adobe screen that says adobe is working on the problem but it does not allow me to convert.
