Unable to convert to Word, Excel,...

Since this morning, I am always brought on the internet on the subscription page when I click on CONVERT PDF TO WORD. After a few times, I decided to pay the extra money (which I didn't need to do because my account already included the CONVERT TO). And even now that I upgraded my account, it always brings me back to the subscription page when I click on CONVERT TO WORD.

Kindly advise on how to solve this problem as I need this tool every day.

This seems to be an activation issue, as I have checked your account and could see that you had Export PDF service (which definitely helps you with the conversion).

As mentioned above, you have upgraded the services to the Adobe Acrobat DC which gives you access for all the services.

As your application is not working, so it could be a possibility that you are signed in the application using different email address than your registered email address.

Or you are running an older version of Adobe Reader, so please launch application and Go to> Help>Check for update.

** As you have now updated your services to the Adobe Acrobat DC (Subscription) so need to install that first.

please refer -Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X to download the Acrobat DC
