Unable to download Extended Asian Font Pack for Acrobat Reader

Hi

We are receiving PDFs that require the Extended Asian Font Pack to be installed. When we get to the page to download, click on the download page and nothing happens. The page just refreshes and we cannot download.

We are running this version of Adobe Acrobat.

When we try to open a PDF that requires the font pack it directs us to this page

https://supportdownloads.adobe.com/thankyou.jsp?ftpID=5508&fileID=5521 but the download does nothing.

How can we get this to work. Have tried clearing the browser cache, used a brand new laptop, still unable to download, nothing happens.
