You may first check whether you have your plan active under the current account by "Signing In" to Adobe following the help document- Manage your Creative Cloud membership
as we are unable to find any active subscription under your current account. That might be registered to any other email address.
If you are referring to the Adobe Acrobat DC subscription, we request you to contact to the customer care billing team- Contact Customer Care
