Hi GperezDumas,

We're sorry for the trouble you had, would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing?

Are you using the freeware Adobe Reader DC latest version 19.021.20048 Out of cycle update, October 17, 2019 to fill the LiveCycle forms?

Would it be possible to share a screenshot of the error you are getting while filling the form?

What is the version of the operating system installed?

If you are not on the latest version of Acrobat/Reader DC, please install the latest patch from the help menu of the application>select check for updates.

Reboot the machine after updating Acrobat/Reader DC and check.

Would it be possible to share a sample file in which you are facing this issue with us so that we can test it at our end? Share the file in private message only. To send a private message, click on the envelope icon available on the Community near your Profile/avatar icon.

Thanks,
