Unable to install Adobe Reader

I cant open files now.  I uninstalled Adobe and have been trying to reinstall it, but it will not reinstall.  Adobe is no help on phone.  Any help would be appreciated.

All it says is Installation Failed, Click Finish for further a.....

When I click finish, I get this:

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC did not install successfully

I have tried to install it several different ways, nothing works!
