Unable to listen audio comments.

Hi, I can't listen audio comments made by my professor in a PDF file. I tried the following:
              1.- Install Adobe Flash

              2.- Check updates for Adobe Acrobat Pro

But the problem is still appear. I don't know what to do.

My system is operating with Windows 10 Pro. Version: 20H2
Adobe Acrobat Pro is: 2020.012.20048
