Unable to open a download

Does anyone know an email address for adobe, i need to contact them because their Adobe acrobat reader can't open a download

I am trying to download software from nikon .co.uk. They say you need Adobe acrobat reader to open the download. All I get is a message from Adobe that says can't open ,maybe not a supported file type or because it has been damaged. Microsoft have checked my computer and made sure all the updates for windows 10 and adobe reader are in place but adobe still cannot open the file. Microsoft recommended contacting Adobe but I cannot find an e-mail address for them to lay out the problem. I have e-mailed Nike and awaiting a response but I cannot believe Nikon.co.uk or Nikon.com, who I also tried to download the same software from, have corrupted software or recommend adobe for an' unsupported file type. If find it very frustrating that I am unable to contact anyone at Adobe to get an answer.
