PC STATS:
Windows 7x64 OS
MS Office 365
Adobe Reader DC
Goal:
Open an email in Outlook O365 with an attached MS Word document that contains embedded PDFs.
Issue:
When the Word document is open, all embedded PDF files have a blank Icon and when double clicked, will not produce an action (PDF fails to open).
No error is produced
Current Troubleshooting steps performed so far:
Reboot-Fail
Saved Word document to desktop and open embedded PDF - Fail
Run Repair of Adobe Reader DC - Fail
Disable protected mode in Adobe Reader DC - Fail
Note> PDF files open perfectly fine from any other source (local HDD, network, IE)
