Unable to open pdf

bonjour,

il arrive de plus n pus souvent que je ne spuisse pas ouvrir les PDF que l'on m'envoie par messagerie :

"Une erreur est survenue lors de l'ouverture de ce document. Le fichier est endommagé et n'a pas pu être réparé."

l'expéditeur est presque toujours le même. or j'arrive à ouvrir certains de ses PDF et je parviens à tous les ouvrir sur mon Samsung. mais pas sur mon Imac ni sur mon IBook. cela est récent et se produit aussi avec d'autres expéditeurs. toutes les mises à jour ont été faites.

j'ai la version Acrobat Reader DC version 2017.009.20044 ; j'ai souscrit à l'abonnement des compléments suivants : ACOM,ALL,OTH,WHST1,MUL,1PK,EXPORTPDF

Looking at the issue description and the error message "An error occurred while opening this document. The file is damaged and could not be repaired." It seems the file is corrupted. Sadly, there isn't much that can be done to fix this issue.

Acrobat/Reader is doing all possible thing during file load time to fix any rendering issue automatically. If the issue is beyond fixing capabilities it throws the error.

If you already have figured a solution to this problem, please respond with your findings that will help others.
