This problem started occurring all of a sudden last Friday 11/23/2018. We are currently running Windows 10 1607 x64 and Adobe Reader 15.16.20039.54196. When a user opens up a PDF in Adobe Reader and tries to print the job goes no where. My users are mapped to a print server and I have seen it hit queue a few times when i have the queue paused, but the job then disappears and never prints. I have mapped the printer to the computer locally and it does the same thing. I have tried to upgrade for Adobe Reader DC 2019 and get the same result. Has anyone seen this issue before?
