Unable to save a PDF File - error message

When I attempt to save a PDF file to my computer, an error message 0xc0000022 comes up indicate that it can't be open.

How do I fix?

Could you please help us with the work flow that you follow?

what is the source of the file and are you trying to save it from the web browser or working with on the Adobe Acrobat?
