Unable to see blue ribbon on PDF/A document

Hi There

 

After converting PDF to PDF/A (standard compliance) blue ribbon isn't appearing on top of the document. My adobe acrobat pro dc was updated recently and after that I'm facing this issue. whereas others can see blue ribbon on top of the document and their Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version is 2021.001.20138. Each individual has different adobe version.

Note: my Adobe Acrobat Pro DC version is 2021.005.20060. I don't know previous version of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC that was installed in my system, but it was working fine and I was able to see blue ribbon on top of the document.

What does you mean with "Blu Ribbon" ?

The blue ribbon to say the documentation is certified, the audit history doesn't show this either. Even though its is certified
