Unable to sign in my account to Acrobat Reader

Hi there,

 

I can't sign in my account to Acrobat Reader DC (Ver.21.001.20140), it says that my access was denied and I no longer have access to this service.

Btw, uninstall and re-install won't work. Please let me know how to deal with this, thank you.
