Yesterday I had to reinstall my Acrobat PDF reader DC (using since serveral years). Since the new reinstall I'm unable to singn in on my account. Whenn I click on "Sign in" I receive the notification "Update request" (see screenshot below)
I work with the last version of Windows 10, Edge and Acrobat Redare DC. I have a lot of documets in my Document cloud that are not reacheble on this time!
I removerd and reinstall yet twice the program on my computer, but the problem remains.
Online I can sign in on my account, bust through that way I couldn't find a solution.
Can anybody help me please? It's urgent becoase I need te acces my documents in the cloud.
