Unable to use screenshot button

Question

I look at blue prints on this programI take one  screen shot  to print & then it won't let me do it again unless I shut the program down & go back in.I have uninstalled the program & reinstalled it several times & same thing happens. I have also tried to repair it with the repair function to no avail. Help please.

If we understand your query correctly, you are referring to the "Take a Snapshot" options under Edit? You may try the following troubleshooting steps and see if that makes a difference-

Open Adobe Reader and install the latest patch: DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
Use cleaner tool to remove the application once- Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs and reinstall it.
If nothing works, then you might need to create the hidden admin account and test the application's performance in that-
