Unable to validate document in pdf reader

When i click on the Blue icon, for validating the document, I get an error, even though its a version 11 Adobe reader, and also tried using 10. Unable to validate the document further.

Ok. The Validate button is made entirely by the people who made the form, and so if you run the software they say, you need to contact them for help.

Yes, you said it is Reader 11. And I asked why you are using such old software. Do you not realise it was replaced over 3 years ago?

anything above 10 is supposed to work...

Why such an old Reader? Do the form creators tell you it must be so?

its adobe reader 11.
