Unable to view .pdf document in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, but can print it and view document

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

When trying to open a saved OR scanned .pdf in Reader, it is distorted. There are diagonal lines across the screen where the document should be.

However when I print the file from Reader, the document prints as expected and legible. I have tried adjusting the zoom, but even at normal 100% it is the same.

Well,

After more playing with it. I have answered my own question.

It was in like a tile format and I changed it back to "Cascase" or to Ctrl + Shift + J.

Unsure how it got set to Tile on Horizontal or Vertical , but either way it is all fixed
