Dear Sir/Madam,
I have discovered that a total of 15,796.80 TL has been charged to my credit card (number REMOVED) for the use of an Adobe product, despite not having subscribed to any Adobe services. I kindly request that this error be rectified as I am not a subscriber to, nor am I actively using, any Adobe products. I would like to emphasise that there is no invoice or subscription visible in my Adobe account.
I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you in advance for your support.

If you go about posting your CC number to public forums don't be surprised if you get strange charges... I've removed it for you from your original post.
I would contact the bank and/or CC company and ask them to block the payment, and possibly the entire card, since it has been compromised.

I shared my card number because when I checked the email addresses I use, I found that I don’t have an Adobe subscription. I thought they might be able to locate the subscription using my card number. I use my card for many other transactions, so why should I have to cancel my card because of Adobe’s mistake? It’s completely unreasonable. I demand an immediate refund.

You're barking up the wrong tree. This is not Adobe Support, but a user-to-user forum, for the most part.
To contact Adobe directly for help with this issue, using one of these channels:
Chat support: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
(make sure pop-ups are not blocked; type "Agent" to chat with a real person, or via phone, during working hours)
Twitter: https://twitter.com/AdobeCare
There's no email support.
Beware of people contacting you via the forums' messaging system pretending to work for Adobe! Only those with an "Adobe Employee" tag under their name are legit. Also, Adobe will never offer to contact you via Skype, or use an email account that's not under the adobe.com domain...
