Uninstall / Reinstall fails.

Correct answer creative explorer

@ColdWarG The "unhandled exception in AcroRD32.exe (NTDLL.DLL): 0xC000000D" error on Windows 11, even after a reinstall, often points to a deeper system-level issue or a corrupted component that the standard uninstall doesn't address. A possible solution involves using the Adobe Acrobat Cleaner Tool, specifically designed to remove all traces of previous installations, including registry entries and related files that a regular uninstall might leave behind. Do use the Adobe Cleaner from Adobe's websit and not a third party website as not all cleaners are the same:

After running the cleaner tool and ensuring your system is free of any remnants of the previous installation, perform a clean reboot of your Windows 11 system. Following the reboot, download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (or Pro DC, depending on your license) directly from the official Adobe website and attempt a fresh installation. This process helps eliminate potential conflicts arising from corrupted installation files or residual system configurations that might be triggering the NTDLL.DLL error.
