Upgrade adobe reader from 11.10 to 11.19

Hi

I need to upgrade the acrobat reader from 11.10 to 11.19.

I used the aip to install the 11.10.

when I try to install the msp is says that "the upgrade patch cant be installed...upgrade patch may update a different version of a program."

is it a way to upgrade to 11.19?

I download the current version from the adobe site and still have the problem "the upgrade patch cant be installed...

Please uninstall and reinstall the application using Adobe Cleaner tool.
