user name and password

I am trying to send a PDF document to an E mail address but every time it prepares to send i get a message saying Authorcation failed please verify your username and password ...How do i do this please ?

Sorry for the delay in response.

Assuming you are having a problem with Email account configured with Reader.

If you have already configured an account with Reader, as mentioned in this thread: How do I change the email account Acrobat uses from Outlook to gmail?

Please try to edit an existing entry and check if there is a change in your credentials.
