Using Advanced Search in Reader DC, when you click an item in search results, the resulting display in Reader DC is blank until you zoom in.

Any ideas on how to fix?

    Hi Charless,

Could you please download the pdf file i have shared with you by clicking the link given below and perform an advanced search on the pdf:

    Shared Files - Acrobat.com

    Thanks,

    Shivam

Yes I downloaded it and performed an advanced search for "mobile".  It appears to work correctly and does not suffer the same fate as the other PDF I have, unfortunately.

    Hi Charless,

As per the issue description mentioned above, when using advanced search in Reader DC, the search results are blank unless you zoom them in, is that correct?

Would it be possible for you to share the screenshot of the screen with us to better understand the issue?

Below is the screenshot where you can see the searched word - Acrobat with search results in Advanced search:

    Thanks,

    Shivam

    Search result window

View in normal zoom, straight from the search result window, notice how part of the contents are displayed; majority inside the blue box is not displayed.

View after zooming in twice; notice how the entire contents within the blue box are displayed

Would it be possible if you can share the link for this pdf file with us? You may create a link for this file using Adobe's send and track and copy paste the link here in the forums.

    Steps to create a link:

    (1) Visit this link: https://cloud.acrobat.com/send

    (2) Click  Add files > choose files from my computer

    (3) Select the file > create link.

Unfortunately I cannot share this PDF as it contains sensitive proprietary information.

It is possible for you to perform a remote assist so I can demonstrate the behavior?
