Moved to Acrobat Reader forum. This was not a question wrt/ Acrobat.

That having been said, we are not aware of any such problem. We'd need to see a sample PDF file in which a transaction line is missing.

Did you try viewing the PDF file with any other PDF viewer and if so, did that last line show? If not, it is very unlikely to be an Acrobat Reader problem, but more likely a problem with whatever software produced the PDF file. Again, without a sample, no one here or in Adobe Customer Support can assist you.

NOT USED ANY OTHER VIEWER HOW DO I INSERT A SAMPLE?

If you or the bank haven't looked at the PDF file in question in another PDF viewer to ascertain that the line is actually there, why blame Adobe?

You could post the PDF file using Dropbox or a similar service.

Also, please turn off your Caps Lock key. All upper case is the equivalent of yelling at someone via the internet. 🙂

Use capitals as partially sighted actually and was not blaming anyone

Can you suggest another free pdf viewer which is safe to use considering its a bank statement please
