View Pages Right-to-Left

I have received documents written in Hebrew that i would like to view in two page view from right to left instead of left to right. I.E page one is on the right and then page two is on the left, ect. Is there any way to swap the page view for for viewing these docs? I was recommended to download the Hebrew version of Adobe Reader but the at the "Other Versions" download page (here) it doesn't let me change my region to anything other than United States

Actually, you don't need anything beside the normal Adobe Acrobat. With it you could set the file's Binding property to "Right Edge" and then the first page will appear on the right and the second on the left (assuming there's no cover page) when you view it in two-page mode.
