Want to download Reader in China, in English

I live in China and am a native English speaker.

When I try to download Reader, it is in Chinese.

With the Chinese version, it doesn't appear possible to change the language.

I have Windows 10 which I bought as a Chinese language version as a licensed copy and have downloaded and English language pack.

Help gratefully received.
