hi,
we are having problems in displaying a pdf file with a watermark (really, its an image on background;. it appears correctly on some computers, but not in others. all of us have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, 19.012.20035.
is there some settings we should change? thanks for your help

How does it appear when it's not appearing correctly, exactly?
Also, how did you create the file, and how did you add this image to it?

file was created by Crystal Reports for Visual Studio, v. 13.0.24.2970. Watermark is a pic added to a page header.
this is screenshot of correct rendering (watermark)
and this is the incorrect renderig (no watermark)
notice that watermark is always visible when document is printed.

It seems you're opening the file inside Internet Explorer. That might not be the best idea.
Try downloading it and then opening it directly in Reader, and see if that makes any difference.

So is this happening with the same file, or different files? Do you know how the files are being generated?

as I said, pdf is created by Crystal Reports for Visual Studio, v. 13.0.24.2970. I think issue is due to Acrobat Reader settings; file is displayed correctly in my computer. In another computer (same OS, same Acrobat Reader version), watermark is not displayed.
