Weird textbox bug in Adobe Acrobat Reader?

I have attached an image to show this weird textbox bug. Each time I put a textbox on my page and try to drag it around to adjust it, it messes up the current page's graphics and reveals some information from the previous pages (see the whitish text outside of the textbox? This is text from 2 pages ago).

Similarly, when I try to use the underline tool and I am hovering over text using my mouse, it shows up as an opaque block until I release the mousepad and it underlines. Therefore, I can't see where I want to stop underlining until after I underline it.

Can someone help? This is the most updated version. I disabled the new look because I don't like the interface, but I also faced the same buggy issue with that new look (or "experience").
