What is this blank modal window that appears after installing Adobe Acrobat Reader DC?

The title is the question. Here is a screenshot of what I see. What are the text of the window, the text of the single check box, and the text of the two buttons of this modal window? To what am I agreeing or not agreeing or allowing or disallowing?

Thanks for reaching out. 

As far as I know, the screenshot for the window here is/should probably be a message to allow the application to get the installation complete. 

Would you mind confirming at what stage you see this dialog? It should have been a proper message.

As it doesn't display correctly, then you may please try this:

1- First, reboot your computer. 

2-If Acrobat Reader DC hasn't been installed, then use this link to download and run the installer.

https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/ 

 

Let us know if you still see the same dialog box.
