Where can I download the "Extended Language Support Package" for 64bit Windows?

Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Continuous Release version 2022.001.20085 64-bit

When adding a text box, this "An error Occurred that may be fixed by installing the latest version of the Extended Language Support Package" pops up and will not allow to enter text in the text box.

All other comment features functioned noraml.

I found the Extended Language Support Package for 32bit Windows but not for 64bit.

Thanks for your help. Yes. It fixed my problem. Although I don't understand why I would need to download the "Asian languege and dictionaties" when I never use the Asian language, but it fixed my issue.
