Where/How is Acrobat Reader pulling the data for suggesting text to "Fill & Sign"?

As I'm filling in a form and typing away in the text box using the "Fill & Sign" tool, I suddenly noticed that it's displaying suggestions for words that are specifc only to me, e.g. my occupation, name, employer, etc. Where is it obtaining this information? The only logical explanation is my resume located elsewhere on my computer; The file is not even open and I'm not even signed into Acrobat Reader. This is very disconerting that Acrobat has been pooling data from my existing documents without my knowledge.

Where's the documentation on this and how do I disable it?
