Where's the cancel button?

I've been trying to contact Adobe support, yet I've gotten no answer from any representative after being transferred several times.

I cannot find the cancel subscription button for this plan. I've only found a deactivate device button which I pressed, but that is obviously not cancelling it.

I don't think this is the right forum either, but I just need answers please.

You will have to contact Adobe in this case. A cancel button is only there when you don't have more to pay. Not sure why Chat is failing you, make sure you keep a transcript and maybe we can unravel it (or someone can follow it up).

If you cancel now - I believe - with 9 months to go you will have to pay for 4-5 months and service will stop at the end of the month. So you do get a discount on the 12 months contract in exchange for stopping early.

There is no email support from Adobe. (And we don't work for Adobe) You need to use CHAT or Phone from the support pages. Good luck!

If you have an annual plan there is no Cancel button. You must contact Adobe to pay the balance. Posting here WILL NOT CANCEL.

Please tell us exactly what plan you have. Often the problem is that people sign up for a yearly plan, paid monthly. You have to contact Adobe so you can pay for the year as agreed, then cancel.

I have the Adobe acrobat pro and I was meaning to try it for the first 14 days. I am guessing this was the yearly plan $14.99/month.

In the terms it states "Should you cancel after 14 days, you’ll be charged 50% of your remaining contract obligation and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period. Cancellations can be made any time by visiting your Manage Account page or by contacting Customer Support in your region."

So does this mean that if I cancel now, I'll be charged the 9 months left in the contract x $14.99 and then 50% of that? And I can use Adobe until end of this month August? So I'll be charged around $68 for cancelling now? (Which is a lot.)

So cancelling now is better than cancelling far later, if I'm correct.

Problem is whenever I tried to cancel, I can't find the option on Manage Account (there's no cancel option) or contacting Customer Support by chat, they never properly transfer me to the department and they fail in cancelling my subscription. Can anyone confirm or give advice on this?
