Which process, executable or service in Reader checks for certificate updates

Hi all,

Four our Windows Server 2012;

It seems our Adobe Reader is not being updated on certificates. I know this because our own, new Global Sign AATL PDF cert's is not being recognized in Reader.

Using Windows Firewall I am already allowing AcroRd32.exe and AdobeARM.exe but no luck.

    After updating I am now on version DC 2018.011.20036 but still the certificate is not trusted.
    While this should be the case since it's an AATL PDF certificate from Global Sign.

    I found out that C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AdobeCollabSync.exe is resposible for downloading the AATL updates. When I allow this program through the windows firewall the AATL update can be manually started.
    Now I have to find out why this isn't done automatically.

    That is almost up to date, but there was a new update this week. So far as I know there is no certificate update process other than updating the software to get the latest. I'd love to be corrected.

    Thanks I'll try to update tonight (it's a terminal server with active users) and will report back here.
