Why adobe is pushing the install of a product from a criminal, justice fugitive John McAfee?!?!?

I hate adobe frequent updates, and find it very to be very suspicious.
They always push the stupid worthless McAfee antivirus hoping someone will forget to unchecked the instal checkbox. 
Why a company like adobe would even support a criminal, justice fugitive John McAfee?!?!?
John McAfee has a long history of criminal charges even accused of killing his neighbor in Belize!!!
Would you give him access to your computer via his McAfee "antivirus"?!?
Definitely not me!

John McAfee has nothing to do with the McAfee company (beside the name). It was bought by Intel and some other investment funds several years ago.

Properly read, the salient of the complaint was "worthless McAfee antivirus" ie the program sucks and is junk. And it is very difficult to remove, with instructions that refer to normal MS uninstall, but NEVER work. So sure the celebrity name is not worth complaining about but nobody would complain if the software WAS NOT JUNK. You know this.
