Hi Davi

we are sorry for the trouble. As described when Windows configures Adobe Reader it gives the error.

Would you mind sharing more details for a better understanding?

Let us know how it goes.

Regards

Amal

This always happens when I open Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.

Nobody will answer?

Davi,

It looks like your Reader installation is corrupted.

Whenever Windows Installer Service needs to repair corrupted installation, it needs to find original source of either installer database (AcroRead.msi) or file sources (Data1.cab)

This is known as "MSI (Microsoft Installer) Source resiliency" - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/msi/source-resiliency.

In your case the original source is missing and MSI displays Browse Dialog so you can tell MSI where the original source can be found.

Did you try Amal's suggestion of using Cleaner tool?

What exact Adobe Reader you have installed? Reader X, Reader XI, Adobe Reader DC?

If Cleaner tool solution does not work for you, we can try to restore original sources based on the exact Reader you have installed.

Lets us know and I will try to provide futher assistance.
