Starting today, I can't print to a pdf from a Word document. It worked fine yesterday. I can print to a pdf when I'm using Publisher. I've shut down twice, reset by holding the power button in for a minute, My computer is Windows 7.

Thanks for your response! I’m using Adobe Acrobat. I discovered that the document I was working with was the problem. I tried another document and that printed. The problem one started acting funny after I removed the header and footer from the page. I didn’t have anything in the header or footer, but apparently that caused a problem because after that, the page I had been working on would no longer be viewable. It was just a series of short white “pages” about an inch high. I ended up copying the good portion of the document and creating a new document. That printed fine, so I trashed the broken one.

    Hi Julieb96128763,

Are you trying to print the word document as Adobe PDF?

Do you able to see Adobe PDF in the printers list?

Also, which application you have installed? is it Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro?

    Regards,

    Akanchha

Not sure. Do you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat? The reason I ask is because Adobe Acrobat Reader (the focus of this forum) doesn't include a PDF printer.
