Starting today, I can't print to a pdf from a Word document. It worked fine yesterday. I can print to a pdf when I'm using Publisher. I've shut down twice, reset by holding the power button in for a minute, My computer is Windows 7.

Thanks for your response! I’m using Adobe Acrobat. I discovered that the document I was working with was the problem. I tried another document and that printed. Not sure. Do you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat? The reason I ask is because Adobe Acrobat Reader (the focus of this forum) doesn't include a PDF printer.

Hi Julieb96128763,

Are you trying to print the word document as Adobe PDF?

Do you able to see Adobe PDF in the printers list?

Also, which application you have installed? is it Acrobat Reader or Acrobat Pro?

Regards,

Akanchha
