Why does Acrobat Reader suck so hard and crash so often?

Hello everyone,,

It's considered the premiere pdf software, but it has trouble just opening files, let alone more than one. Scrolling leads to system hangs. The program crashes periodically even when you're not really doing much that stresses it [Spam link removed by moderator.]

Is the issue a simple bit of code that IT pros are familiar with, or is it just buggy for no good reason???

This app drives me crazy !
Every day it crashes alaways on the same way, always when I use it by openaning several files and later, impossible to close a single file without crach.
If I want to edit pages by adding shapes, I must wait for 5-6 seconds when I select the shape.
So if you have to modify both ends direction of an arrow, you have to wait for 5-6 seconds for the first end and  5-6 for the other one.
I'm not talking about the cloud functionality which is imposed without a stand-alone version being offered !

Many of us don't need cloud features especially at work...

All these useless services and processes.
Wake up Adobe !
