Window Application Error 0xc0000022

I have been using Adobe Reader for access PDF files within the last two days I have been having problems accessing PDF files. The following error occur

"The Application unable to start correctly (0xc0000022) click OK to close the application" The error message would not clear unless I close the open PDF document.

I have tried restoring my PC removing the program and reinstalling no luck.  Any advice.  I am not a PC expert any simple solution easy to follow suggestions or advice is appreciated

I have tried all the steps this link and I am still getting the same notice of the application not able to start correctly. I have also tried talking to a tech over the phone and he just sent me back to this website and told me to follow the steps. What else can I do to get my adobe reader working again?

WHAT REPAIR WORKED?   I've tried every single one I could find!!   This just started on my PC today!  Windows 10, didn't install anything new, didn't reconfig, did NOTHING different.  I can't print a .pdf, I can't do anything but look at them.

Could you let us know the dot version of Reader you have installed on the machine?

Are you getting application error when trying to open pdfs in Reader or when trying to print pdfs in Reader?

i get the same error

i have uninstalled it and reinstalled adobe reader dc and ran all updates

i have repaired visual c++ file and restarted pc

no luck

when i open a pdf, i get the error
