Windows 10 Preview Pane Page-Width or Page-Fill button Question

The preview pane in Windows 10 Explorer has a small button rendered by Adobe Reader DC. It's next to the page up and down buttons. It will make the document fill the width of the screen or the entire page. Does Adobe Reader contain settings to set the defualt behavior of this button?
