Windows application Error 0xc0000022

Every time I open a pdf I get "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000022). Click OK to close the application. I click ok and it doesn't go away until I close the PDF. Please Help.

As error message shared above, assuming that you are working on Windows 10 computer.
You may refer to the help document, and follow the troubleshooting suggested in that- Application unable to Start correctly Error: 0xc0000022 || 0x00000022

I followed the steps again and again it does not work THERE IS NO FIX FOR THIS AND ADOBE WILL NOT TALK TO YOU IF YOU CALL THEM ON PHONE BECAUSE THEY SAY ITS A FREE DOWNLOAD AND THE FORUMS ARE THE ONLY SUPPORT. THIS IS A FAULTY PRODUCT AND YOU CAN NOT FIX IT!!!!!!

Sorry to hear the trouble that you are experiencing.
I hope you have tried both Repair and Uninstall of Microsoft visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64&x86).
If you have just tried Repair would request you to try uninstalling the Microsoft visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64&x86) and check again.

I tried this, but it did not work.
I running Windows 10 and I do not have the Microsoft visual C++installed on my machine.
I downloaded it and tried to install, but got an error message stating it would not run on my machine.
Any more ideas?? I'm to the point of uninstalling and getting another PDF program to use.
